I graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic, like Owain and Joe, in 2018. I have a strong sporting background, competing and training all my life from elite fencing – representing team GB for several years, to cross country, Muay Thai and MMA. I’m currently training in freestyle wrestling to compete in the 74kg weight class. With that, I’ve had almost every injury under the sun and made all the wrong mistakes trying to get a quick fix which ultimately led to injuries getting worse and even ending my career in fencing. One particularly bad injury followed this same pattern until I walked into a chiropractic clinic and the approach to health that I experienced there got me hooked!

This ties deeply to my approach as a chiropractor - I don’t want to see my patients go through the same mistakes I did and end up having to give up something that they love or even something that makes them happy due to a body that isn’t functioning at its best.

I’ve seen a wide variety of patients from active athletes who represent Team GB, professional footballers and fighters, pregnant women, young adolescents, and young children who love to run around and into things! And people who want to get fit and healthy and start their journey to a new and healthy lifestyle.

I believe a healthy lifestyle isn’t the easiest to start but very easy to maintain, and I’m happy to walk that path with all my patients to help them achieve their personal health goals.

I’ve also studied :

SOT - specialised technique that addresses hypermobility and focuses on the link between the skull and the pelvis

Adjustments and care for pregnancy

Functional testing

Extremity adjustments

Hey! I’m Victoria (Tori), one of the Chiropractors here at Backspace. I am originally from Bristol and graduated with a First Class Masters Degree in Chiropractic from the AECC University College in 2020 and am a member of the British Chiropractic Association.

My passion for chiropractic originated from undergoing surgery to my knee after a sporting accident and finding out I suffered from musculoskeletal imbalances. After being treated by a chiropractor, I saw significant improvements to the function of not only my knee but my posture too. I have always had a strong desire to help people and thrive off a tailored person-centred approach. My goal with every patient is to look at the body holistically to get to the root cause and help reduce pain, improve strength, mobility and function in the long-term through chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, dry needling, kinesiotaping and rehabilitative exercises. I have a keen interest and experience in diagnosing and treating people of all ages, from pregnant women and babies to athletes and desk workers, all with a variety of conditions. Outside of chiropractic, I love to travel and explore new places; South America and Australia to name a few. I also enjoy exercising, socialising with friends and family and am a true animal lover. Looking forward to meeting and helping you reach your goals!

Hey! I’m Taylor, a Doctor of Chiropractic here at Backspace. I graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic down in Bournemouth, Dorset.

My keen interest in fitness, human anatomy, and wanting to help people led me to the wonders of the chiropractic profession. I believe chiropractic can help all individuals function at their full potential, whether that be within their chosen sport or day-to-day life. So far I have helped many athletes of all standards improve the way they move and return to a pain-free lifestyle. My aim as your chiropractor is to not only treat the symptom, but also the root cause.

Before becoming a chiropractor, I worked within gyms teaching several types of fitness classes. Alongside weight training, I enjoy playing golf, traveling, and listening to house music.
